Christmas is approaching fast and we’re excited to share the season with you at The Queen’s Head. Whether you’re dropping in for a quiet drink, meeting friends or planning a festive meal. To help you plan your visit, you’ll find all of our opening hours for Christmas and New Year listed below.

- Tuesday 23rd December – opening 12 – 11pm – Join us form 7pm for a festive evening of fun and music including our beloved annual Christmas Draw (speak to staff for details).
- Christmas Eve, Wednesday 24th December – open 9am – 9pm, serving food from 9am – 5pm and drinks served till 9pm, including our fabulous Christmas Eve Breakfast from 9am – 12pm (please note that breakfast is fully booked).
- Christmas Day, Thursday 25th December – we’re open for drinks only from 11am – 3pm.
- Boxing Day, Friday 26th December – will run as a booking-only service with our two or three course set menu, with food served from 12pm to 6pm and the pub open from 10am to 10pm.
- Saturday 27th December 2025 – we’ll be open from 10am until 10pm, serving our normal food menu between 10am and 6pm.
- Sunday 28th December – food will be served from 12pm to 6pm, roasts will not be available and the pub will be open from 11:30am to 9pm.
- Monday 29th December 2025 – we’ll be open from 12pm to 10pm, with food served from 12pm until 6pm.
- Tuesday 30th December 2025 – we’ll be operating as normal.
- New Year’s Eve, Wednesday 31st December – breakfast will be served from 9am to 12pm, the normal menu will run from 12pm to 5pm, there will be no Coffee Morning and the pub will be open from 9am to 9pm.
- New Year’s Day, Thursday 1st January – we’ll be serving breakfasts all day from 10am to 6pm and the pub will be open from 10am to 10pm.
