The countdown is on – 2022 really is just around the corner. Join us at The Queen’s Head on New Year’s Eve to reflect on and celebrate the year that has passed or (if we’re all honest) wave a firm goodbye to 2021 and look ahead to a much better new year!
There can be no better morning for someone else to cook your breakfast than the last day of what has felt, at times, like a very long year… our breakfast menu has just what you need, from simple-but-joyous beans on toast, to indulgent Belgian waffles, to a fluffy omelette with your choice of fillings; brekkie with us is a guaranteed hit with all the family. Veggie options, and smaller versions for the kids, are available so we’re sure you’ll find something you’ll fancy. Our coffee menu will be ready for you to select your caffeinated (or decaf!) hot drink, all of which can be created with almond or soya milk. Or if you’re in the celebratory mood, enjoy a free glass of Buck’s Fizz with every Full English – cheers! Breakfast is served from 10am – 12pm.
If you’ve got breakfast covered but still want to join us for some food, pop in from midday to grab lunch – choose from the pub classics, or lunch or dinner options, on our winter menu, or if you’re more in the mood for snacking, check out our list of bar tapas to munch on calamari, veggie spring rolls, nachos and more. Food will be served until 6pm, after which point the pub will remain open until 9pm for drinks only; why not stay and share a bottle of wine, or get a round of pints in, and raise a toast?
