At The Queen’s Head, we’re known for our delicious food and a warm welcome… and here’s the icing on the cake – we have a new member of staff, baker and dessert chef, Jodi Meadows.
Jodi brings with her a wealth of talent and experience as well as some fantastic recipes for one and all to enjoy. You’ll find some of her delectable baked treats on our new winter menu, from cakes and pastries to delightful desserts, as well as on our list of bar snacks – who can resist a homemade sausage roll or a scotch egg? Perfect snacking alongside our coffees from our new coffee machine, or your favourite tipple from the bar.
Jodi’s arrival also prompts the start of regular Cake and Coffee Mornings on Wednesdays, a lovely chance to get together with family or friends, with any piece of cake with tea or coffee only £3. Check out our new coffee menu for the full selection of hot drinks. Our Cake and Coffee deal is also available for take away if you want to bring some home – but we won’t judge if you don’t want to share, there’s plenty to go round…
