Eat, Drink…
What’s the first thought you have when you hear the word ‘Christmas’? The festive feast, of course! Our Christmas menu is packed full of delicious starters, mains and desserts – even the fussiest eaters will find something they love! As you’d expect, we’ll offer the traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings – or if you fancy something different, from beef, pork, salmon and vegetarian options there is really something for everyone. Not to mention our tasty starters and comforting desserts… Two delicious courses are yours for just £19.95, or if you’re planning to bring your appetite, choose three courses for £22.95. Pre booking and pre-ordering is essential – it’s set to be a busy season after all. Call us as soon as you’re ready, to book a table with us this yuletide season and allow yourself to sit back, relax and enjoy the lead up to the big day.
A trip to the pub for a quick drink while the turkey is cooking is part of many a family’s Christmas Day tradition… if you fall into that camp, you’ll be glad to know that The Queen’s Head will be open from 11am – 3pm ready to serve our usual variety of drinks for you all to enjoy!
We’ve got Boxing Day dinner covered too… offering a range of starters, mains and desserts, we are serving some your favourite pub classics from traditional fish and chips to a homemade beef lasagne and so much in between! Make the most of our fantastic deal, two courses for £15 or three courses for £18 if you’re not still too full from the day before… just make sure you pre-order and pre-book.
Not forgetting breakfast… known as the most important meal of the day, you can join us for yours on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve to kick off the celebrations early doors. Alongside our usual breakfast menu, you can grab a traditional Full English breakfast served with a free glass of Buck’s Fizz – this is certainly not to be missed! Breakfast will be served from 10am – 12pm – make sure to book your table and we’ll get the grill on for you.
Speaking of recovering from ‘the night before’… why not book in for a comforting traditional roast dinner on New Year’s Day? Our roast potatoes are known to have healing powers…! Our pub classics will also be on offer. Food will be served from 12pm –6pm – so there’s plenty of time for a lie in, but must sure to book your table in advance.

Are you planning on have a Christmas party for a family get together or a family knees-up? Look no further! Our Willow Room is available to hire FREE of charge… including a downstairs bar and a speaker! Feel free to ‘deck the halls’ as you wish; just bring your decorations and make our Willow Room your own… when you call to chat through the available days, feel free to ask us any questions!
Regulars to The Queen’s Head will be delighted to hear that our ever-popular Christmas Draw is back on Thursday the 23rd of December… we will be providing free nibbles and live music all night, with bottles of Prosecco for only £12 – treat yourself to one or more!
