Current and Upcoming Queen’s Head Offers
Tapas Tuesday
On Tuesdays throughout the autumn and winter season, starters are king and you can grab any 3 starter dishes from the new seasonal menu for just £20. Perfect for group dining or for tapas vibes – because who doesn’t love a nibble at the start of the meal?
This season, you can choose from Soup of the Day, Scampi or Squid, Steak Bites or Satay Skewers, Halloumi Fries and much more… check out the menu for full list of options.
This offer applies on starters on The Queen’s Head 2025 autumn/winter menu, on Tuesdays only, during food serving hours (12 – 8:30pm).
Main Event Thursday
Many of us, by Thursday, are already craving the weekend – stave off those mid-week blues with a trip to The Queen’s Head for dinner AND to enjoy savings on the delicious dishes on our seasonal menu.
On Thursdays only, you can enjoy two main meals for just £25, a great deal ideal for date night and group diners alike. Throughout autumn and winter, our cosy, comforting main dishes include classics like Traditional Cod & Chips, Homemade Pies and Sausage & Mash – as well as tasty warming flavours like our Korean Fried Chicken Burger or Seabass and Egg Noodles in Asian broth – and more.
Offer applies to main dishes only, on Thursdays from 12 – 8:30pm.
Lunch Up Wednesday & Friday
Everyone loves a pub lunch and this season, we’re celebrating our new range of subs, as well as our ever-popular jacket potatoes, with a saving you’ll love sinking your teeth into: lunch diners can select any sub or jacket for just £7.5.
Our new subs are served with chips/fries, side salad and coleslaw, with a range of hot or cold fillings – and our comforting jackets come with a choice of two toppings (including cheese, beans, tuna mayo, chilli and more) alongside coleslaw and a side salad. Perfect options for everyone for a satisfying midday meal.
Offer is available on Wednesdays and Fridays only, from 12 – 3pm, applicable to subs and jacket potatoes from the lunch menu only.

January Sales
Let’s be honest, all of us ‘feel the pinch’ at the beginning of the year so we’re here to ease some of those January blues with a food and drink discount to make a trip to your friendly local pub even tastier. Join us to dine at The Queen’s Head on a weekday, in a group of 4 or more, to bag a cool 25% off your total food and drink bill – a great saving for a guilt-free pub lunch or dinner to cheer up those dreary January days!
This offer applies to groups of 4 or more only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 12 – 8:30pm, applicable to our lunch and main menu.
February Friday Fun
Fridays at The Queen’s Head are a whole lot of fun, any time of day, this February, with savings to bag on breakfast, lunch and drinks. Start the weekend early with a Queen’s Head Full English for just £7 (usually £12.5), grab lunch with mates and choose anything from the lunch menu (including sandwiches, baguettes and jacket potatoes) for just £7, or buy any two draught pints for £7 when you’re here for the evening.
This offer applies only on Fridays in February 2025; breakfast deal applies 9am – 12pm), lunch offer applicable between 12 – 6pm, and drink offer between 6 – 8pm only. Call us on 01206 240 394 to get booked in in advance.
March Madness
Spring will surely be with us before we know it, and we’re ready and prepped with a delicious food deal for midweek dining. Join us on any Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday in March to take advantage of two main meals for just £25 – perfect for date night or even better if you’re out for dinner with a group of friends and family. A brilliant deal AND the ideal excuse for indulging in a cheeky starter or dessert.
Offer applies from 12 – 8:30pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only, redeemable on any two main dishes from our seasonal menu and excluding items from the lunch menu.

April: Easter Eats
The Easter break is even sweeter this year at The Queen’s Head with our ‘egg-cellent’ Easter Eats deal, saving you money on your favourite pub dishes. Join us for breakfast, lunch or dinner during the school break, between 7th and 21st April, to enjoy a CRACKING 50% off your food bill when four or more of you are dining. Ideal for popping in to refuel after a lovely spring walk around the village, a special outing for catching up over lunch or treating the kids to dinner out during the school holidays.

Sunny days are on the way! Let’s get together at The Queen’s Head this May to raise a glass or two to summer incoming and to make the most of our Merry May offer.
Join us Tuesday to Friday, from 12 – 10pm, to enjoy any bottle of wine or Prosecco for just £15 each – a perfect pairing for a lovely lunch with friends or delicious dinner date. What’s more, you can grab Hazy Days IPA at just £3 per pint… cheers to that!

Let’s face it – in summer, it’s all about lunches. Whether it’s picky bits on a picnic blanket or a sizzling BBQ under the sun, the mid-day meal enjoyed together is where it’s at.
That’s why this summer we’re celebrating all things lunch with a delicious deal for Queen’s Head customers, offering Buy One Get One Free across our entire lunch menu for the month of August. You read that right – select two tasty dishes from the lunch menu and you’ll get the cheapest of the two absolutely free!
That’s a blindin’ BOGOF on wraps and baguettes, jackets and salads… as well as our popular Queen’s Head Club, and Cod Fish Finger, Sandwiches.
The offer applies to dishes on the lunch menu only and is available Tuesdays to Fridays, from 12 – 3pm, in August 2025. No booking is required (though we always recommend doing so) and this deal cannot be used alongside any other offers.
Summer Sunday Roasts
The sun’s out and the weather’s heating up – ready for a sizzling summer deal?
Any time of year is a good time for a roast at The Queen’s Head and this summer, our Sunday roast offer is as hot and tasty as the dishes themselves.
Join us on a Sunday from 12pm to tuck in to any roast (choose from chicken, slow cooked pork belly, beetroot & butternut squash Wellington, or sirloin of beef), with a starter or a dessert of your choice, for just £20. That’s right, two courses, including one of our legendary Sunday faves, for £20 – exceptional value and ideal for family get togethers and catching up with mates alongside a chilled drink or two in a friendly pub atmosphere.
Offer applies on Sundays only of course and excludes our sharing roast (which, to be fair, is well known to already be cracking value) – but all starters and desserts on our summer menu are included in the deal.

Our 747 menu is ideal for those with a smaller appetite, or for children, and consists of 7 different smaller main dishes for just £7 each. Available from 12pm, every day that food is served.
